    • Application for Conducting Online Examinations Using UTM E-Learning System:

       To all lecturers planning to conduct online exams and quizzes via e-learning, kindly notify us via email to e-learning (elearning@utm.my) and cc UTMDigital (digitalcare@utm.my) three days before the exam date. This is to ensure that staff members are available to assist with any technical issues during the exam.

       Important information for all lecturers:

      • Monitoring hours are limited to working hours on Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
      • Monitoring services are not available outside office hours.
      • The maximum number of students that can be accommodated simultaneously in the UTM E-Learning system is 250. If the number exceeds 250, the system may not function optimally.
